4-Pillars of LIfe

Impact. A strong word to use when describing making a difference. To make an impact means to have a strong effect on someone or something. Center of inPOWERmeant (COINPM) offers programs and services that have a strong impact on the 4 pillars of life. COINPM infuses the community with hope and efficiency-n-work which will shift the trajectory for underserved hard-working families.

How do you manage and navigate your relationships?
Are you healthy? physically, mentally, and spiritually?
Are you working to provide for your family and find yourself consistently falling short?

What are you feeding your emotional and spiritual development?

Pillar 1: Relationships

Relationships are our connections to family, friends, work, and other social networks. How we manage those connections says a lot about who we are, where we’ve been, and where we’re going. Our ability to build and maintain strong bonds determines our support systems in place. In order to sustain these support systems, we must mindfully communicate our personal truths and struggles, motivate those in need and educate them when necessary. Sometimes, it also includes radically choosing a new family and starting new friendships. Studies reveal the relationship with self is of utmost importance, in order to move from one level of health, and provider-ship to another, being emotionally and spiritually connected is best served when there is an authentic investigation of where one is and where one would like to go.

Pillar 2: Health

The second Pillar of life is health.
Mental and physical health is a very crucial pillar of life because it determines the substance and sustainability of your impact. It’s the blood that flows throughout your body. Mental health is real. Depression, Anxiety, and Addiction are all real.

These last two years have proven on a national level in culture, class, age, and demographics. Stress, depression, and suicidal ideation are at an all-time high. COINPM is committed to offering tools and support systems to assist in taking better care of ourselves by de-stigmatizing, counseling, therapy, and normalizing mental health treatments in underserved communities. In our approach we partner with community churches and other organizations to offer pro-bono & affordable group therapy sessions for individuals & families.

Pillar 3: Work and Provider-ship

Work and provider-ship are essential, necessary, and many families find themselves in situations never imagined.  Redefining work, provider-ship, and one’s livelihood is imperative. We at COINPM offer programs that assist families by focusing on passions and creating careers that will shift the trajectory of their families for generations. By making an impact on the first 3-pillars of life one’s livelihood is fortified. It’s the bread and butter so to speak. Working today has a whole new meaning than it did in the past. Our parents built the foundation. They worked consistently, efficiently, and hard. We will continue this mission, with proven techniques with some of the top professionals in the industry of family wealth and financial stability.  The times have changed. requiting fresh perspectives. COINPM is connected with those who can nurture this aspect of development for our families and future generations

Last but certainly not least the 4th Pillar Emotional and spiritual development.

Emotional and spiritual development is the action of evolving, learning, and being connected to a bigger picture that will help keep you in motion. We must all practice self-love, learn ourselves, deal with past traumas, break generational curses and hold ourselves accountable to be the change we are searching for. COINPM sees this pillar as the foundational pillar. One in which the rest of the pillars blossom. Emotional and spiritual development is directly connected to all relationships, overall health, ability to work & provide in a healthy, productive, fulfilling manner that leaves a legacy for those who come behind us. Being grounded in the source of power. Understanding without an active practice in renewing, refreshing, recharging, and reconnecting often with “The POWER.” Sustainability is difficult at best. We at COINPM offer opportunities to ignite, stimulate, and discover the center of inner power purpose – the Center of inPOWERmeant.
